Job Description We are seeking a Senior Cost Manager/Estimator to lead end-to-end cost management services across major infrastructure projects in Western Australia, including aviation, rail, roads, ports, defence, and utilities. Client Engagement : Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, both internally and externally. Cost Management : Deliver pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services, including estimates, procurement, contract administration, and final accounts. Feasibility & Reporting : Conduct feasibility studies and prepare procurement reports to support strategic decision-making. Estimating & Planning : Develop and present detailed cost plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals. Tendering & Documentation : Manage tender processes from pre-qualification to contract compilation, including analysis and reporting. Project Oversight : Lead cost checks, valuations, and monthly reporting across large-scale projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
